We sell a line of all natural lightly processed produce and organic livestock grown fresh on our farms. Our products include dried fruits, jackfruit chips and roasted jackfruit seeds, essential oils, hydrosols, free range chicken, organic pigs & goats, virgin coconut oil and coconut flour.

Our team has run countless experiments on our farms to ensure we are growing food crops and livestock that make the most sense for our soils, fit into our intercropping and root patterns, can be integrated into a closed-loop input system, and have a market demand to make our farms sustainable and anti-fragile.

We grow and process everything with the safety of our workers and the end customers carefully in mind.

Products

DRIED FRUIT

We sell dried fruits harvested fresh from our fields.

We dry our fresh fruits in solar drying houses (rather than standard electric dryers) using a patented technological design and materials to ensure that our products do not exert a carbon footprint in the drying process and also allows us to make our products more affordable.

Our dried fruits are dehydrated to a moisture content that guarantees shelf life food safety standards.

Products

AGRI PRODUCTS

We are continually working to offer value-added fruit products to our customers.

Initially, we are developing a line of jackfruit snacks in order to lengthen the shelf life of our jackfruit as well as reduce wastage due to spoilage.

By processing our own jackfruit we will also be able to put back into our soil valuable nutrients via the composted materials that are routinely left for disposal at the garbage dump in normal circumstances.

LIVESTOCK

Based on our philosophy of having a sustainable integrated farm with a closed-loop input system, we have chosen to raise pigs, chickens, and goats to balance the input and output requirements of our crops with the input and output requirements of the livestock.

This also allows us to raise our livestock with organic feed made by us to guarantee safe and healthy outcomes.

Products

ESSENTIAL OILS

We produce a variety of essential oils including lemongrass, orange, and tangerine.

Essential oils are also known as “ethereal oils” are oils from the plants they are extracted from which contain the essence of the plant’s fragrance.

Essential oils are often used in aromatherapy, perfume manufacturing, food additives, and scent additives in many other products.

Some essential oils also have properties useful in pesticides and antibacterial products.

Our essential oils are extracted by steam distillation from our fresh plants straight from our fields to the production house.

HYDROSOLS

We produce a variety of hydrosols from our farm fresh plants.

Hydrosols are water-soluble plant fragrances made from the distillation process of our plant material.

Though similar to essential oils, hydrosols are less concentrated aromatic waters often used as perfumes, in facial toners, creams, lotions, hydrating face mists, face spritzers, air fresheners, deodorants, aromatherapy sprays, and other skincare, baby, and bath products.

Products

VIRGIN COCONUT OIL

We produce our virgin coconut oil (VCO) by cold-pressing our fresh coconut meat straight from the farm and extracting the aromatic oil through our carefully monitored three-step process.

Many studies have demonstrated that cold-pressed VCO preserves the natural taste, smell, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals within the coconut, which makes it more expensive in the market than the heat-treated methods.

COCONUT FLOUR

Coconut flour is a unique and healthy alternative to wheat flour.  Coconut flour has gained popularity with people on a low carbohydrate diet, diabetics, and especially with people who have allergies to gluten.

The benefits of coconut flour include a diverse nutrient profile including medium-chain triglycerides (MCT’s), high fiber content, low carbohydrates, and a low glycemic index value.  We feel that coconut flour’s low glycemic index will make it a preferred alternative for diabetics to enjoy breads, baked goods, and other flour-based foods.

We are working to produce coconut flour as a healthy natural by-product of our virgin coconut oil production.
